Symptom-Proof Your Christmas

Staying Jolly (Even When You’re Not Feeling It)

Christmas is a magical time of year, but let’s be honest—it can also be a rollercoaster of emotions, especially when you’re juggling festive expectations with symptoms like fatigue, pain and hormonal mood swings. In this episode, we’ll explore how to navigate the holiday season with grace, humour, and plenty of self-compassion.

From managing energy dips to setting healthy boundaries, I’ll share practical tips to keep your spirits bright while embracing the occasional wobble. We’ll talk about building joyful rituals, diffusing emotional curveballs, and finding laughter in the chaos (even if the turkey burns or the tree topples over).

Whether you’re feeling frazzled, festive, or a mix of both, this episode will help you stay centred and find the fun in the little moments that matter most. It’s time to take the pressure off, ditch the perfect-Christmas myth, and give yourself the gift of a calmer, happier holiday season.
