The Importance of Having a Vision on Your Endometriosis Journey

In this episode, we’re talking about the power of having a clear vision when starting out on your endometriosis journey. I’ll share why it’s so important to set goals, how to create a vision that inspires you, and practical tips to stay focused even on tough days.

I also give a little sneak peek into my January workshop, where I’ll guide you through setting your vision step by step and teach you holistic tools like journaling, meditation, and planning to help you take charge of your healing. (Subscribe to my Substack for all the details—coming soon!)

Oh, and a quick apology in advance: you’ll hear my dog making a cameo and my phone unexpectedly chiming in—keeping it real over here! Thanks for understanding. 😊

Whether you're just starting out or re-evaluating your path, this episode is packed with encouragement and actionable advice. Let’s map out a brighter, healthier future together!
