What the Women’s Health Strategy Means for You

This episode dives into the UK government’s latest update on the Women’s Health Strategy and what it means for women across the country. The discussion breaks down key improvements, including the expansion of Women’s Health Hubs, more affordable access to HRT, and enhanced postnatal care. It also explores upcoming legislative priorities like menstrual health, fertility treatment support, and workplace inclusion for women’s health.

Sarah talks about how these changes impact your health, your access to care, and your workplace experiences. The episode also provides actionable tips for self-advocacy, initiating workplace conversations about health support, and engaging with community or government efforts to push for change.
