The Power of Small Rituals

Simple Self-Care for Every Woman

In this episode, we dive into why so many women find it hard to build self-care into their daily lives, even though we all know how important it is. We’ll explore how cultural expectations, packed schedules, and the myth that self-care has to be elaborate often hold us back from taking those moments we need. We’ll talk about how perfectionism and a “busy mode” mindset can make even small acts of self-care feel like luxuries instead of essentials. And we’ll reframe self-care, sharing tips on how to integrate meaningful, guilt-free moments into everyday life without adding to the to-do list. Whether it’s a 5-minute ritual or a mindset shift, this episode will remind you that self-care is possible—even with a busy life.
